Their crew began with careful potholing to verify utilities, then handled the concrete and asphalt excavation quickly and without any issues. They also completed the utility potholing and found all the underground utilities, and even restored the asphalt and concrete after backfilling.     WOW…What can I say, the DEVCO team saved me thousands of dollars in my electrical panel upgrade at my home in Temecula, CA. I was informed about a process called horizontal direct drilling as an alternative to trenching up our yard, our landscape, pavers, and concrete. DEVCO explored all options with us, and with their expertise, we did the directional drilling, completing the project in 2 days, and saved thousands of dollars in labor, and repairs.
